Our questionnaire and contracts are written to insure the safety and well being of our puppies/dogs - Period! While we take every step
possible to make our contract fair for all parties, we understand that there are special circumstances that crop up from time to time. Over
the years we have modified our questionnaire and contracts numerous times to suit the desires of all parties involved. We provide all
potential puppy/dog buyers with copies of our questionnaire, deposit contract and purchase contract and assure that there are negotiable
points in most cases. We are, however, steadfast in several of our wishes and will not change several of the items in our contracts (most
specifically, our request that we ALWAYS be notified and allowed to take the puppy or adult back should the need arise). Please feel free to
